Rick N. Kasberg, P.E.

Rick is the President and started his career with the firm in 1987. His engineering experience includes project management, design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction administration for water supply, water distribution, water treatment plants, wastewater collection systems and wastewater treatment plants. He has undertaken many studies and investigations including water distribution, wastewater collection, and water quality. Rick has provided expert witness services for dispute resolution between municipalities and other parties. He has worked with many communities surrounding Central Texas and South Central Texas as well as Water Districts and River Authorities.

Rick is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Texas and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University in 1986. Rick is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (Past President), Texas Society of Professional Engineers (Past President), Texas Council of Engineering Companies, American Water Works Association and Water Environment Association of Texas. He was named Engineer of the Year in 2000 by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
