Why Choose KPA?

We Offer Opportunity

By providing a challenging and business casual working environment we attract the best people in the industry. We hire talented and honest individuals that are committed to serving our clients and leading the firm into the future. We provide a place of work where people can experience technical innovation, be aware of their mission to society and apply advanced technology to the general public.

At KPA, engineers are supported by mentors and given increasing levels of responsibility with expectations that a graduate engineer could some day be a principal of the firm. KPA supports graduate engineers efforts to learn and gain the experience necessary to earn their professional license. At KPA “10 years experience” does not mean “1 year’s experience 10 times”.

We carefully consider changes in staffing. We are not in the “hiring and firing business”. This is demonstrated by our history of long term employment tenures and lack of turnover of employees.

We Support Career Development

We offer opportunities in the following career fields:

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)
  • Engineer in Training (E.I.T.)
  • On-Site Construction Representative
  • C.A.D. Technician
  • Administrative Support Staff

With our philosophy that quality is an attitude toward measurable improvement we nurture your career interest. Professional training and the use of state of the art technology are high priorities. We encourage and support participation in professional and technical associations, on-the-job training and involvement in the community. KPA is committed to maintaining an environment that encourages development.
