Ginger R. Tolbert, P.E.

Ginger is a partner in the firm and has been practicing engineering since 1995. Her experience includes project management, preparation of construction plans and specifications and construction administration for water distribution lines, reclaimed water systems, transmission mains, pump stations, water storage tanks, wastewater interceptors and collection lines and lift stations. She has also prepared network analyses of water distribution systems, water and wastewater projections, master plans, utility rate studies and preliminary design reports. Early in her career, Ginger was the Assistant County Engineer for McLennan County, where she managed right of way acquisition required for TxDOT projects within the county.

Ginger is a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas & received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1995. She is active in the American Society of Engineers (Past President), Texas Society of Professional Engineers (Past President), American Water Works Association and Texas Public Works Association.

She was named Engineer of the Year in 2010 by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
