Thomas D. Valle, P.E.

Tommy is a partner in the firm and has been practicing engineering since 1999. His engineering experience includes project management, design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction administration for water supply, water distribution, water treatment plants, wastewater collection systems and wastewater treatment plants. Thomas has extensive experience in the hydraulic analysis and design of pump systems. Thomas has undertaken many studies and investigations including water distribution, wastewater collection and water and wastewater rate studies. He has worked with many communities surrounding Central Texas as well as Water Districts and River Authorities.

Tommy is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Texas and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University in 1999. He is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (Past President), Texas Society of Professional Engineers (Past President), Water Environment Association of Texas (President) and American Water Works Association. He was named Engineer of the Year in 2008 by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and received the Texas Section American Water Works Association Young Professionals Service Award in 2004.
