Sam is Professional Engineer with the firm. His engineering experience includes hydrologic modeling, hydraulic modeling of stream systems, and preliminary and final design of stormwater systems. He also conducted lift station design, water distribution system modeling and master planning, and wastewater collection system modeling and master planning. He has worked with many communities surrounding Central Texas while assisting the project engineers and managers within the firm.

Sam is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas (144406), Certified Floodplain Manager (4545-23N), and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in May of 2016. Sam was also an intern with the firm and joined KPA full-time following graduation. He is also active in the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
