Jake L. Blair, P.E.
Associate
Jake is a Professional Engineer with the firm. His engineering experience includes design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction administration. His experience also includes water and wastewater analysis, transmission mains, pump stations, water storage tanks, water distribution and wastewater collection systems, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. Jake has also been involved with permitting and CCN modifications through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). He has worked on studies and preliminary design reports for water and wastewater infrastructure, and has been responsible for construction phase tasks, such as site visits, submittal review and conducting construction progress meetings. He has worked with many communities surrounding Central Texas.
Jake joined the firm immediately after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 2013. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas (136581). He is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) and National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and was named Young Engineer of the Year in 2015 by the Central Texas Chapter of TSPE.
