Tyler W. Richburg, PLA, LI
Landscape Architect
Being born and raised in Alabama, Tyler attended Auburn University where he received his Bachelor in Horticulture and Master of Landscape Architecture. After graduating with his Masters, he moved to Texas to join his wife. As an emerging professional in the field he has had the opportunity to work with two large multi-discipline firms in Texas which have offered him the opportunity to be exposed to work across the state and region on a wide variety of project types. This exposure across multiple platforms has allowed him to bring a large amount of knowledge and experience to the team here at Covey. Tyler is driven to develop relationships with his clients and working alongside them to create and design unique, educational and impactful places for people to inhabit. Tyler sees his role not only as a designer, but as an advocate for conservation, best management practices, ecology, education and sustainability.
Outside of the office you can find Tyler spending time with his wife and two labs, Tyson and Oakes or spending time outdoors. He’s an avid outdoorsman and conservationist with a passion for anything adventure, hunting or fishing.
