Mr. Trae Sutton, P.E. attended software training on Haestad Method’s PondPack October 2-4, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The training course provided discussions and hands-on workshops on Hydrology and Hydraulics analysis, Pond Design Basics and Advanced Software Modeling. Trae completed advanced workshops of modeling interconnected ponds, single pond design, multiple pond design and channel design. The workshops consisted of determining the drainage basins sizes, utilizing the SCS Method, designing the pond size, outfall structure and any downstream channel improvements based on pre-development and post development rainfall runoff.
