E. Tighe Harrison

Tighe serves as a key member of our HR team, leading new employee onboarding, training administration, office coordination, and a wide range of HR initiatives that keep our operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for our new hires, she brings an exceptional level of warmth, professionalism, and organization to every interaction. Her willingness to help wherever needed, and her ability to juggle multiple priorities, has made her an invaluable presence in the KPA offices.

Tighe earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB), where she also competed on the Acrobatics & Tumbling team and contributed to a Division III national championship. She went on to complete her Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the University of North Texas. After a highly successful internship with KPA, she joined the firm full-time, where she has continued to grow her expertise and elevate the HR function through her dedication, initiative, and people-first approach.
