We are pleased to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Thomas D. Valle, PE.
Valle is a dedicated partner at KPA Engineers whose tenure has been marked by significant contributions to various high-profile engineering projects, particularly in the areas of water supply, distribution, and wastewater management systems across Central Texas.
Since graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and joining the firm in 1999, Tommy has played a crucial role in projects such as the City of Temple’s Membrane Water Treatment Facility and the Temple-Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant, both of which demonstrate his commitment to enhancing municipal infrastructure. Over the years, Valle has mastered a wide range of technical skills, which include project management, design, and construction administration.
Valle has also made substantial impacts through his leadership roles in several professional organizations. His tenure as president of both the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) highlights his dedication to the engineering community, further evidenced by his recognition as Engineer of the Year in 2008. His involvement with the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA), where he was honored with the Young Professionals Service Award in 2004, underscores his influence in the water industry. Tommy’s role as a speaker at various technical and professional gatherings, including the Texas Water Conference, highlights his commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment within the professional community.
Tommy takes pride in his family and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and children, Adelyn and Cooper. As Valle marks this significant milestone at KPA Engineers, we are all thankful for his dedication and look forward to the continued success and impact to KPA and the Central Texas community.
