Sean Iliff Celebrates 10 Years with KPA
Lead CAD Designer
Please join us as we commemorate Sean Iliff’s work-iversary! He celebrates ten years with KPA as a Lead CAD Designer!
When Sean was a teenager, he participated in art classes revolved around perspective, where he learned the importance of layouts and dimensions to a design. This experience sparked his interest in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD). Before returning to his grassroots and pursuing a career in CAD, Sean worked an array of jobs and never felt fulfilled. This then dissatisfaction led Sean to pursue his CAD Certification. As sad as Sean’s prior unhappiness makes us, we are selfishly happy that it led him to a Civil CAD Designer career.
As the ever-evolving CAD field continues to change, Sean continues to educate himself and his colleagues on new CAD techniques and tools. You can often find Sean collaborating with his peers on new CAD innovations and getting their perspectives on his work. This continued commitment has led Sean into coordinating KPA CAD training developments that have resulted in improved design processes and better efficiency.
Not only is Sean a dedicated CAD Designer at KPA, but he also is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart and a father to a senior in high school. Sean and his wife decided to plant their roots in Central Texas after moving from Rio Grande Valley. Where they now spend many weekends visiting with friends and family over a nice meal and happy hour.
We have seen Sean grow professionally and personally and feel quite lucky to have him at KPA. Thank you for ten years of dedication and great work, Sean!
