Professional Engineer

KPA is proud to announce that Samuel K. Blumenthal has officially received his Professional Engineering license.

Sam is a Texas A&M University graduate and has been an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) with KPA since 2016. He also has designed lift stations, water distribution system modeling and master planning, and wastewater collection system modeling and master planning.

Sam’s most recent projects have entailed analyzing various system responses that simulated demand increases, including storage levels, pump behavior, waterline velocities, and pressure for the City of Temple. Sam was also responsible for QA/QC needs for Phase II of the City of Temple’s Drainage Modeling Assessment. Additionally, Sam provided QA/QC services for the City of Corsicana’s Wastewater Master Plan and provided the City with conclusions and final reporting to detail the findings, recommendations, figures, schedules, and exhibits. He is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE).

Congratulations to Sam for this accomplishment. We are proud to have him as part of the KPA team!
