Progress on North 31st Street Project
Temple, TX
KPA is pleased to share the recent progress on the North 31st Street Project!
North 31st Street has been opened from Bray Street and the roundabout is completed and functioning well! This new connection will increase access to IH-35 as well as significantly improve traffic flow on North 31st Street.
Recall, this project on North 31st Street connects to a realigned Jack White Street and includes a roundabout that creates a single entrance into Temple High School and a connection to the IH-35 Frontage Road.
The roundabout will improve traffic flow, pedestrian movement, and enhance the image of the city from IH-35. It is also set to feature a large statue of the Temple High School “Wildcat” mascot!
