Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks & Treatment Improvements

Project Description: As a part of the Temple-Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant Preliminary Engineering Report performed by KPA Engineers, our Engineers recommended constructing a new Headworks facility and additional improvements to ensure future demands are met.

Phase 1 of this project consisted of a phased construction plan, including a new headworks facility with enhanced odor control. Phase 2 included restoring the existing Orbal Biological Reactor, electrical modifications, treatment improvements, and interconnecting pipe extensions.

Scope of Services: Preliminary Analysis, Civil, Structural, and Electrical Design, Geotechnical Investigations, Project Phasing, Final Design, Bidding Phase Services, and Construction Administration.
