Project Description: This project is phased to replace and abandon an existing 18” transmission main from the Temple Water Plant to Loop 363 and also provide a distribution line for the area to remove service connections from the transmission main.
Phase I of the project included 10,200 ft. of 8” water line and was completed in 2012. Phases II, III and IV include 18,000 ft. of 24” transmission main. Phase II is currently under construction and design is complete for the remaining phases. Advertisement for bids is pending easement acquisition.
Scope of Services: Preliminary design, coordination of cultural resource clearance, permits, preparation of plans, specifications and easement documents, Bidding, Review of Bids and Recommendation to Award Contract, On Site Representation and Construction Administration.
