Transmission Main from Water Treatment Plant to Loop 363 | City of Temple

Project Description: This project is phased to replace and abandon an existing 18” transmission main from the Temple Water Plant to Loop 363 and also provide a distribution line for the area to remove service connections from the transmission main.

Phase I of the project included 10,200 ft. of 8” water line and was completed in 2012.  Phases II, III, and IV include 18,000 ft. of 24” transmission main.

Scope of Services: Preliminary Design, Environmental Services, Permit Coordination, Easement Acquisition Assistance, Final Design Bidding Services, and Construction Administration.

Construction Cost: $2.7 Million
