Project Description: This project was located in the Bioscience District in the northwest portion of Temple, Texas. The project consisted of approximately 1,575 LF of 12’ wide concrete trail and a 125’ long pedestrian bridge spanning across Pepper Creek. This project connected the existing Pepper Creek Hike and Bike Trail to the recently completed Hike and Bike Trail located adjacent to the Scott and White Health Plan Facility.
Scope of Services: KPA provided design services as well as design and construction surveys, rights-of-way and easement documents, final design and construction administration.
