Synergy Park Improvements – Lorraine Avenue Extension & Utility Improvements

Project Description: This project supports the growth of the Southeast Industrial Park in Temple, Texas, and includes the design of the roadway extension that will begin at the intersection of Lorraine Avenue and Panda Drive and continue east to Bob White Road. Additionally, the project includes drainage design as well as designs for water and wastewater improvements to serve the expanded eastern portion of Synergy Park.

Scope of Services: Route and Design Studies, Hydraulic Analysis, Drone Design Surveying, Roadway Design, Drainage Design, Utility Design, Water and Wastewater Design, Environmental Assessment, Archeological Clearances, Electrical Design, Roadway Geotechnical Design, and General Management and Coordination.

Construction Cost: $2.8 Million
