Loop 363 Utility Relocation, Phases I-III

Project Description: This project consisted of water and wastewater line relocations and the realignment of 3,200 ft. of 18” Water Main due to the Loop 363 TxDOT Project. The project was designed with a very aggressive schedule to meet the TxDOT timeline. Overall, the relocations included 9,600 ft. of 12”-18” Water Line, 2,050 ft. of 6”-8” Water Line, 4,200 ft. of 12”-15” Wastewater Line, and 1,350 ft. of 6”-8” Wastewater Line. The project also included the relocation/reconstruction of a Pressure Reducing Valve Assembly and multiple bores of Loop 363.
Scope of Services: Preliminary and Final Design, Surveying, Environmental and Archeological clearances, Opinion of Probable Cost, Bidding, Review of Bids and Recommendation to Award Contract, On-Site Representation and Construction Administration.
