Loop 121 Wastewater Extension

Project Description: This project extends approximately 3,500 feet of 12” wastewater line from an existing Trunk Sewer to the southeast and southwest corners of the intersection of Loop 121 and Highway 190 to attract business and residential development along the two roadway corridors. The project also included approximately 900 feet of 8” wastewater line that extends to the northwest corner of Loop 121 and Highway 190 in the Belton Business Park, which was not previously serviced by sewer. This project consisted of several roadway bores, including a 600-foot, 36” bore/tunnel beneath Highway 190. 15. The project is approximately 75% complete, with only 45% of the allotted construction contract time used.

Scope of Services: Design surveys, right-of-way documents, final design, bidding, and construction administration. Our services also included coordination with TxDOT for permitting and coordinating environmental and archaeological clearances.
