KPA Welcomes Sam K. Blumenthal

We are pleased to welcome back Samuel K. Blumenthal to the KPA Team!

Sam worked with KPA as an EIT previously until leaving Central Texas in May 2019. Since returning to Central Texas, he has now resumed his position with KPA in the Georgetown office, with a focus on hydraulic and hydrologic modeling. Mr. Blumenthal graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in May of 2016. Sam was also an intern with the firm, and joined KPA full-time following graduation. He is a certified EIT in the State of Texas and, having already passed the PE exam, has only one year of requisite experience remaining before he may apply for professional licensure.
