KPA Welcomes Back Ryan T. Oakes, EIT

We are pleased to welcome back Ryan T. Oakes, EIT, to KPA as a Design Engineer!

Ryan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in May of 2022. Along with completing his degree, Ryan passed his Fundamentals of Engineering exam and is a licensed Engineer-in Training in the State of Texas (75719).

Throughout his bachelor’s studies at Texas A&M University, Ryan interned with KPA and has experience assisting and performing various civil engineering functions. His engineering experience includes drainage designs, sewer system inspections, quantity takeoffs, and the development of OPCs. He is also experienced in researching, compiling, and evaluating project data, construction plan reviews, working with AutoCAD, construction site visits, progress meetings, and field visits to obtain design data. Ryan is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
