1983: Company founded by W. Clay Roming, with a focus on water & wastewater services

1990’s: Addition of transportation & drainage expertise

2000: Headquarters established by investing in the revitalization of Downtown Temple

2007: Additional location opened in Georgetown

2017: Covey Planning + Landscape Architecture created, expanding the company’s offerings

2019: Purchased and renovated current Downtown Temple & Georgetown locations

2021: Expansion of services to include Aerial Drone Mapping

2022: Pillar Architecture Studio is established, rounding out KPA’s services
