Jake L. Blair Obtains P.E. License
KPA is proud to announce that Jake L. Blair has officially received his Professional Engineering license.
Jake is a Texas A&M University graduate and has been with KPA since 2013, and his engineering experience includes design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction administration. His experience also includes water and wastewater analysis, transmission mains, pump stations, water storage tanks, water distribution and wastewater collection systems, and water and wastewater treatment facilities. Jake has also been involved with permitting and CCN modifications through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). He has worked on studies and preliminary design reports for water and wastewater infrastructure and has been responsible for construction phase tasks, such as site visits, submittal review and conducting construction progress meetings. He is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) and National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and was named Young Engineer of the Year in 2015 by the Central Texas Chapter of TSPE.
