Haden J. Mattke, P.E., CFM

Project Manager

Haden is Professional Engineer with the firm. His engineering experience includes project management, design, review, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction administration of drainage, roadway, wastewater collection, water distribution, and pedestrian facilities projects. He also conducted lift station design, water distribution system modeling and master planning, and wastewater collection system modeling and master planning. He has worked with many communities surrounding Central Texas while assisting the project engineers and managers within the firm.

Haden has been practicing engineering since 2018, when he joined the firm upon graduation from Texas A&M University. After two years with the firm, he moved to the Kansas City area, where he had the opportunity to serve as a Staff Engineer and subsequently City Engineer for the City of Belton, Missouri, before returning to KPA. His public sector experience includes managing capital improvement projects, as well as providing engineering support to public works operations, serving as Floodplain Administrator, and providing plan review and follow-up support on land development projects.

Haden is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager (US-20-11738) and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He is also active in the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Floodplain Managers, American Public Works Association, and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
