Mrs. Tolbert has been with the firm for 15 years. She is responsible for the planning and design of water and wastewater projects, utility master planning, utility rate studies, reclaimed water systems, project management and construction administration. Ginger offices in our Temple location.
Professionally, Ginger has served as Branch President and Section Director of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She is on the Board of Directors and is Past President of the Central Texas Chapter of Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), has served as Scholarship Chair for the Central Texas Chapter of the Texas Public Works Association and is a member in the American Water Works Association and Water Environment Federation. She was the recipient of the TSPE Engineer of the Year Award in 2010.
Ginger is also active in several community organizations. She is a Past President of Altrusa International, Inc. of Temple and was named Altrusan of the Year in 2008. Ginger is a graduate of Leadership Temple and is a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where she serves as a senior committeeman for the McLennan County Go Texan Committee.
