Completion Pflugerville’s 1.5 MG South Standpipe Rehabilitation Project
City of Pflugerville
Rehabilitation of the 1.5 MGD South Standpipe in Pflugerville is complete!
Originally constructed in 1985, the Standpipe rehabilitation project features repairs and modifications that improve the overall function and aesthetics of the Standpipe.
This project included replacing the roof vents, ladder, railing, abrasive blasting, and costing of the interior and exterior surfaces. Additionally, a concrete splash pad with energy dissipators and rock riprap were installed at the overflow.
During the project, KPA developed plans, collaborated with HOT Inspection Services to create specifications for the rehabilitation of the Standpipe, provided bidding services, coordinated with the City Project Manager, and conducted periodic site visits.
We are grateful for the opportunity to provide our services to the City of Pflugerville!
