Completion of Shell Road Sidewalk Improvements Project

KPA is pleased to announce that the Shell Road Sidewalk Improvements Project is complete!

This City of Georgetown project allows for enhanced accessibility along Shell Road. The sidewalk enhancements extend from Rosedale Boulevard to Bellaire Drive and then from where the existing sidewalk ends to the south of the Georgetown Village Subdivision to Sequoia Spur. The project consisted of 2,400 feet of a 6-foot wide sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, crosswalks, and stop bars.

Scope of Services: KPA provided Preliminary and Final Design, TCEQ Permitting, TDLR Licensing, Bidding, Review of bids and Recommendation to Award Contract, Construction Administration, and Design surveys.

Construction Cost: $229,825.00
