Completion of Georgetown’s Downtown Parking Lot

Downtown Georgetown has so much to offer, and now residents can enjoy it all without any parking hassles due to the recent renovation of the Downtown Parking Lot. This City of Georgetown project, located between 7th and 8th streets, allows for additional parking in Downtown Georgetown. The construction services for this project consisted of furnishing and installing asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, irrigation, site lighting, and striping. KPA coordinated with Covey Landscape Architects for landscape services, and together they produced a sleek parking lot design that added shrubs and live oak trees, making this parking lot functional and pleasing to the eye.
