Senior Project Manager

Mack has more than 40 years of experience in designing and constructing municipal infrastructure projects in the Central Texas area. These projects have included various highways, roadways, bridges, water and wastewater utilities, business parks, landfills, residential subdivisions, drainage channels, and detention ponds. His experience includes developing master plans, conceptual designs, preliminary engineering reports and studies, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, capital improvement plans, project cost development, infrastructure assessment studies, and administration. Mack has served as a surveyor, construction inspector, and design engineer and as the principal in charge of many projects. He was also a construction company owner and has experience working in the real estate industry. Mack’s background allows him to provide an expanded knowledge and understanding of title work, disclosure rules & procedures. This experience provides for a unique awareness during the right-of-way procurement process.

Mack is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Texas and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1974.

He is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers and Texas Floodplain Management Association. He was named the Engineer of the Year in 2014 by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
