Mack has more than 40 years of experience in the design & construction of municipal infrastructure projects in the Central Texas area. These projects have included various highways, roadways, bridges, water & wastewater utilities, business parks, landfills, residential subdivisions, drainage channels & detention ponds. His experience includes development of master plans, conceptual designs, preliminary engineering reports & studies, hydrologic & hydraulic analysis, capital improvement plans, project cost development, infrastructure assessment studies & administration. Mack has served as surveyor, construction inspector, design engineer & principal in charge on these types of projects. He has experience as an owner of a heavy construction company as well as experience in the real estate industry. Mack’s experience in the surveying field & real estate industries provide an expanded knowledge & understanding of title work, disclosure rules & procedures. This experience provides for a unique awareness during the right-of-way procurement process.
Mack is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Texas and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1974.
He is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers and Texas Floodplain Management Association. He was named the Engineer of the Year in 2014 by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
