Southwestern Boulevard Improvements

Project Description: Mobility and traffic improvements in Georgetown’s fast-growing city are a high priority for many residents. Southwestern Boulevard connects SH 29 with Sam Houston Ave and is anticipated to be used by 13,000 vehicles daily by 2035.

This project encompasses the segment between SE Inner Loop to Raintree Drive on Southwestern Boulevard and includes widening the existing two-lane roadway into five, along with corresponding drainage improvements. Upon completing this project, this major thoroughfare will be able to accommodate the current traffic and withstand the projected traffic volume while creating a safe commute for residents and travelers alike.

Scope of Services: Final Design, Utility Coordination, Right-of-Way (ROW) Documents, Easements, Design Surveys, Project Management, Environmental Services, Geotechnical and Geological Assessments, TDLR/TCEQ  Coordination, Bidding Services, and Construction Administration.
