County Road 112 Waterline Extension | City of Round Rock

Project Description: The need for extending the County Road 112 Waterline is to provide a direct service to proposed developments directly south of the roadway.  KPA prepared a preliminary engineering report that identified alignment alternatives, studied each alternative’s viability, and recommended a preferred alignment for City Staff and City Council.  The proposed 24-inch water line extension is approximately 6,200 linear feet long and consists of a PRV Installation, air release valves, fittings, fire hydrants, roadway bore, and a bore under 3 – 18-inch gas lines.

Scope of Services Provided:  Preliminary design, permits, preparation of plans, specifications, easement documents, Bidding, Review of Bids, and Recommendation to Award Contract and Construction Administration.

Construction Cost: $1,545,000
