Lance Shellenberger comes to us with over 27 years of on-site representation and project management experience with the City of Round Rock.

Mr. Shellenberger began his career with the City of Round Rock as a crew leader for the Utility Department repairing water and wastewater lines and years later was promoted to the position of Construction Inspector. For 14 years, he inspected construction of numerous capital improvement projects for Round Rock which included all facets of municipal infrastructure.

In 2007, Lance was promoted to the position of Project Manager. He managed numerous projects which included streets and drainage, water and wastewater utilities and downtown redevelopment.

Lance has completed the requirements for and obtained Certification for Construction Observation from the Texas Engineering Extension Agency (TEEA) which consisted of 16 technical courses. These technical courses covered a variety of subjects such as water and wastewater utilities, asphalt and concrete designs, mechanics of soils and other materials and material testing methods and included over 160 class room hours.
