In December 2012 KPA Engineers relocated its Georgetown Office to the Downtown District.
In Fall of 2012 KPA became the Owner of the recently renovated historic building located on 1008 South Main Street in Downtown Georgetown, Texas. This two story executive type building was historically known as the Sherman Hotel dating back to 1920.
Renovation of this historical building included Historic Preservation and Green Building practices in order to maximize the full potential of the project, both from its’ historical character and new environmental features. The building is the first of its kind in the area and KPA is proud to be part of the redevelopment of the Downtown District.
