All North 31st Street and IH-35 Connections are Open

KPA is pleased to announce that all connections for the North 31st Street and IH-35 Improvement Project are officially open!
The roundabout connecting IH-35, Bray Street, and Calhoun Road and providing access to Temple High School is functioning properly!
As you may recall, this project on North 31st Street connects to a realigned Jack White Street and includes a roundabout that creates a single entrance into Temple High School and a connection to the IH-35 Frontage Road. Featured at the center of the roundabout is a large statue of the Temple High School “Wildcat” mascot!
The roundabout will increase traffic flow, pedestrian activity, and enhance the image of the city from IH-35.
