B. Lucia Murguia

Lucia brings a strong foundation in communication and strategy to her role, with a BA in Multimedia Journalism from the University of Texas at El Paso and an MA in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. During graduate school, Lucia discovered a passion for marketing and business, ultimately leading her into the civil engineering industry.

Lucia has built her career around connecting people, opportunities, and ideas. She has extensive experience working with municipalities and community partners across Central Texas, and she is known for her relationship-driven approach to business development. From networking and community engagement to helping position teams for long-term success, Lucia plays a key role in turning connections into impactful projects.
